to cut a long story short,

i am currently rendering the main title submissions to DVD-R with iDVD

    they are

Deadlights (this thing seems to get everywhere!)

    Ad Astra

    Uninvited

    Nervous Contraception

    Mortus Illumina feature trailer

    ..

due to limitations with iDVD, i'm going to give extras a miss ... maybe i'll have DVD Studio Pro in time for volume 3 ...

thanks to everyone who submitted work, and contributed to the artwork, website etc..

in true no-budget stylee those who contributed will be getting a copy of the final DVD, complete with handwritten limited edition serial number and certificate.

of course, the DVD label will be supplied by sharpie too :-)

est. 104 minutes before first burn complete ...

Groovy. You've been a real sport to bother doing that. How much are the discs goona run? (plus shipping/handing of course)

duplication is one thing, the shipping was always going to be a pain, especially internationally.

i'm based in the UK, i think i can post a DVD for a couple of quid

to canada ... i have no idea!

if anyone overseas has a broadband connection i'll be more than happy to post up an image of the disc and sleeve artwork (bear in mind it'll be some 4GB, so it may well take a week or more to download it!)

i'm pretty pleased with the output from iDVD. it really does make it a doddle to author a basic DVD, although the 'themes' can be a little restrictive. i also like the way it started to encode the dv streams in the background before i'd finished playing about with the menu layout.
